As someone who grew up in Central Europe and inherited its historical and artistic tradition, Boris Podrecca came of age in a multilingual environment, as well as creating in a multicultural environment between Belgrade and Ljubljana, Trieste and Venice, Vienna and Stuttgart. The parameters of his work are rooted in the architectural theories of Semper, Bottcher and Viollet le Duc.
The process of ascending above the mere survival and related activities is expressed in human culture by creating some symbolic forms of behaviour and aesthetic forms and expressions. It seems that humans provide the meaning for their existence through culture, with the help of aesthetic forms and aesthetic expression.

Collection of gramophone records by Pavle Beljanski. The exhibition Musical Intermezzo by Pavle Beljanski (1892–1965) is dedicated to gramophone records collected by a Yugoslav diplomat and collector. In addition to more than 90 recordings on display, part of the exhibition was a rich accompanying program in the form of concerts, plays, lectures, and authorial interpretations.
